Stampin' Royalty Challenge #63

This week's challenge is a Recipe Challenge and the recipe is.... "Touchy, Feely"  Sounds like fun doesn't it;)  Looking at the photo of my card right now is making me wonder how awake I was when making it... my teacups look a little tippy:)  Each little tea cup is stamped twice... once below and then again so that I could cut it out and pop it up:)

    Wow, this is so cool! Love the background texture. Love how you did the ribbon. Great job with the teacups!
