Freshly Made Sketches Challenge #66

Had some fun creating this card yesterday:)  Great to be getting back into the groove of things:)   I can't believe that I now have a full week before the boys and I head back to school.

As always, I love getting back into things with a sketch.  They eliminate one of the obstacles of creativity for me:)  I am absolutely in love with the products in the upcoming spring catalog!  You'll love it and there are only three short days left until you can get hold of the products in it!

Just Thinking of New Stamps!

This was such a satisfying card to create!  I absolutely love the way that I can now emboss using the classic inks.  The new stamp pads give off just enough ink that it is wet a few moments longer so that I can get a good layer of embossing powder on it!  This stamp is going to be one of the "must haves" of the upcoming Spring Catalog!  What do you think?

Baby Box

My mom and dad have been visiting from Winnipeg for the past few weeks and were heading out the other day to attend the baby shower of the daughter of old family friends of ours.  My mom wanted to give a gift certificate to the store that they registered at as well as a little brush set, but she wanted some pretty packaging so that it wasn't just an envelope with a gift certificate in it.

I had this great gable box from a gift that I received this year so I decided to just add to it and turn it into a baby box:)

It was kind of an excuse to get down for some much needed playtime:)  I stuck to my Designer Series Paper Stacks for the DSP and then I pulled out some fun new products from the upcoming mini!  Can you spot any of them????  There are also some fun products from the current holiday mini that I finally used!  How sad is that???  It ends in just 6 days!  Make sure that if there is anything from the mini that you were wanting you let me know ASAP so I can get that last order in:)
