Stampin' Royalty Challenge #32 -Colour Challenge

This weeks Stampin' Royalty challenge is a colour challenge!!  I actually loved this colour combo... it was so cheery!  This week's colours are:  Cherry Cobbler, Not Quite Navy, Old Olive, and Daffodil Delight!

    How did you 'layer' the decorative label punch? Is the white one or the cherry cobbler one the actual punch?
    Oh and I love the card :-) looking at it makes me want to celebrate someones birthday.
