Stampin' Royalty Challenge #188~ Big Uses For Small Scraps

Sad to say, but I made this entire card without cutting up one new piece of paper or stamping an image!  I sat down at my desk and went through my little bin where pieces that I've stamped and haven't used get tucked in.  Even the Jumbo Rhinestone was one that I'd used on a previous card and changed my mind!
