Hand Stamped Sentiments Challenge #248 ~ Colour Challenge

This week's Hand Stamped Sentiments Colour Challenge allowed me to leave the comfort of cards and play a little!  We're heading into the season of "get togethers" so the Here's to Cheers clear mount set with coordinating framelits is PERFECT!!!!  We've even got gorgeous cellophane bags that will fit wine bottles now:)
