Christmas Card that I created... I think!

Would you laugh if I told you that I'm not sure whether I CASE'd or created this card??????  I've got a ton of photos on my computer of cards that I've used for my Stamp-A-Stacks, but I can't find a card that I saved to CASE of this... does this mean that I created it??? Still not sure:0)  Regardless, I LOVE it and wanted to share with you!
