I was so excited to play tonight as I had decided to participate in my first Colour Challenge! This is much like a Sketch Challenge, the obvious difference meaning they supply the colour choices and you provide the card! Now here is the funny part of the story! Me being the computer whiz that I am, I saved the link for the Verve Colour Challenge the other day, not realizing that it wasn't refreshing each time I went to it! I completed last week's colour challenge! YEAH ANGELA!!!!!!!!! Anyway, I like how the card turned out. I got to use my Best Kind of Friend stamp set, and in case you're wondering where that FABULOUS sentiment stamp at the bottom came from, it is the NEW set, Heard from the Heart! I absolutely love this set!

ReplyDeleteI shall have to check out that challenge blog~~I am also new to challenges and have only done 2 colour ones and 2 sketches. I myself have just started a challenge on my blog. I put up a new one every Friday. This week was only my 2nd one. Kristina Werner @ www.kwernerdesign.com/blog also holds regular challenges using Stampin' Up! colours. It is a great site with tutorial videos and heaps of ideas. She is really great :)
Hope to see some more of your work up here on your blog...by the looks of things, you are a very creative person with a lot to offer to the crafting world. Keep creating...
